What are your excuses? Mine almost always revolve around my children. They were up too many times last night and I'd rather nap. They won't nap today and won't leave me alone while I get my workout in. They interrupted my intense workout and now I've lost focus. They'll let me workout but want to be involved and I can't work hard enough with them by my side.
Take the nap, hit a short but intense workout when my husband gets home, before dinner. If you absolutely must postpone your workout, only do it once in a day. Commit to the new plan instead of creating more excuses when the time comes.
Babywearing*. My kids love it when I wear them. Now that they're older toddlers I can put them on my back and they think it's great fun!
